We can never let Greatness be tormented by “Good Enough.”

 

That’s a principle I’ve carried into both my business and personal life, inspired by Jim Collins’s book Good to Great, particularly “A Culture of Discipline.”

 

Although he wrote about businesses, I took the message personally. It has influenced how I think, how I present myself, how I speak—and especially how I treat others.

 

For me, greatness shows up in everyday choices: listening a little longer, keeping a promise, and giving something the care it deserves.
