I have always had a 40-year plan—one I celebrate, review and revise every birthday. It reminds me to live each day with positivity and joy, surrounded by loving family and special friends, while continuing to welcome new people into that circle.
I want to make a difference by being gracious, supportive and helpful—but mostly by being fun to be around. I love the business world, enjoy learning something new, and remain guided by my father’s advice: “Find a niche and fill it.” That outlook has shaped every chapter of my life—and continues to guide how I welcome, encourage, and serve others today.
Things That Bring Me Joy
Joy, for me, is found in both the lively moments and the quiet ones. I love to dance, listen to almost every kind of music, take a peaceful drive along Route 11, enjoy a long lunch by the beach, or watch the sunset from my back porch overlooking the golf course—even though I don’t play golf. Wednesdays bring another special joy: a lovingly prepared feast shared with dear friends who became family.
I also love onion soup, steamed crabs, hot chocolate, cruising, a feisty card game, happy people, and the family of sandhill cranes that visits my back fence. And, of course, there is Tasha—my spirited Schnauzer/Jack Russell “puppy,” constant companion, and frequent source of laughter.
My Next Adventure
After a lifetime of building businesses, mentoring others, and serving my community, I could have chosen to slow down. Instead, I chose a new adventure—real estate. It brings together what I love most: meeting people, discovering what matters to them, and helping turn possibilities into a plan.
I became a REALTOR® not simply to sell houses, but to offer a different kind of service. My goal is to help you explore the life you want in Flagler County—its communities, activities, new homes, and hidden treasures—before choosing the address that fits it.
